Everyone should go read brihana25's Big Bang Carouselambra. Okay, I'm biased because I was one of the betas, so I feel unreasonably attached to it, but I sincerely think it's a really super fic. It's gen casefic, set in S1...the characterization is great and it really feels like something that could actually be on the show.
